It is an honor to work with individuals who seek guidance through life’s obstacles. In my practice I am curious, ask clarifying questions and love watching clients succeed in their wellness journey.

It is an honor to journey with individuals who seek guidance through life’s obstacles. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with individuals to meet their personal successes. I believe the true essence of therapy is listening to one’s story, strategizing what is working and navigating through what is not. You are the expert of your life and I am the guide. I love being curious, asking clarifying questions and watching clients be successful.

As a clinical strategic adventurer, I enjoy engaging with children, families, and adults focusing on challenges in loss: divorce, death of a loved one, adjustments to stressors, anxiety, depression, spiritual growth, transitional changes, trauma processing, culturally focused, with an integrated and holistic approach. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked in the mental health field since 2001 in Montana, British Columbia, Colorado, Alaska and Oregon. I am aware of frontier/rural/urban complexities and how these impact individual, family and community systems.

My personal time is spent with my family who love the outdoors: hiking, biking, snowboarding/skiing, high school sports and soccer. I also value intentional time for mindfulness each day in various capacities.
